I am still not clear as to what it is you own. That's what makes it hard to help you with a definitive answer.

On the one hand you say you don't have:
"6000$ for a real (U47)", i.e. you own a "copy"

But then you say you have:
"a M7, a Bv8 transformer, and a VF14M tube"

Are these genuine, unaltered Neumann-made parts?
If so, you are entirely in the ball park for a genuine U47 sound, regardless of the housing parts and power supply (if it is designed well enough) and you don't even need to bother trying to find old resistors or capacitors, as long as you use high-quality parts (Gotham GAC 7 material for your mic cable helps.)

However, if the transformer and capsule are not Neumann stock parts, and the "VF14" is not an original Telefunken tube from the 1950s, you will not achieve the classic U47 sound.
