Re: Mic suggestions

The U87, TLM103, Blue, and Rode NTK are all commonly found in music studios. One of their main applications is vocals (i.e. singing).
The SM58 is a common live performance mic that is also used in studios sometimes.
Any of those mics will work for voiceovers, and, in fact, I've used U87s quite often for voiceover sessions, more often on male voices.
Might I suggest considering mics specifically designed for talk applications? My favorite is the Shure SM7, and the EV RE20 is also a classic. These mics are specifically designed for 'close talk' meaning the speaker is very close to the microphone in a recording environment that is not as acoustically pristine as a recording studio would be.
