What make and model wireless systems are you using with your KM 100?
The KMR 81i has a transformer balanced output, which easily interfaces with the electronically balanced input topology of most wireless transmitters.
The transformerless electronically balanced output of the KM 100 module presents its audio signal in negative phase on pin 3 of the XLR connector and its return is to pin 2, which for the AF-signal is at ground level via a large value capacitor. Most unbalanced inputs have the negative audio (pin 3) tied to ground and expect the audio signal on pin 2 (positive phase), and I suspect this may be the root for your observation. For a solution the answer to my opening question would be helpfull.
