Re: KM100 series wireless Phantom Power problem

The input configuration for the UH400a plug-on transmitter is:
pin 1 = chassis ground (and phantom power return)
pin 2 = positive audio signal (and +5/+18 or + 48 V phantom via 1 kOhm)
pin 3 = floating negative signal ground (and phantom via 511 Ohm).

It is surprising that the KM 100 works at all, and I further suspect it does not operate to its full potential...

The KM 100 output is:
pin 1 = chassis ground (and phantom power return)
pin 2 = floating positive signal ground (and +48 V phantom via 511 Ohm)
pin 3 = negative audio signal (and +48 V phantom via 511 Ohm).
