As Martin pointed out, the voltmeter's input resistance will strongly influence the reading anywhere in the very high impedance configuration for the capsule bias circuit. With a typical load resistance of 10 MOhm for most contemporary digital multimeters, the volatages measured will read:

at R13/R15/R16: ... +101V ...... (+120V)
at R16/R1: ............ +17V ........ (+120V)
at head, pin 5: ...... +2.55V ..... (+120V)
at R12/R13: .......... +52V ......... (+59V)
At head, pin 1: ...... +8.5V ........ (+59V)

The values shown on the schematic diagram (and in parenthesis on the table above) are clearly identified as 'statically measured voltages', indicating measurements with an instrument of infinite input impedance.
