the KK105 has a mostly flat response, to make it suitable for a wide selection of applications. The ME5005 is brighter. Sometimes this helps, regarding speech transmission; sometimes it's too bright. It's a matter of taste and application. The 5200 has an improved compander in the wireless chain, but the sound is not relevantly different. Dynamic range should not be an issue; with the level attenuator you can adapt to all ranges, from whispering to screaming.
