Hello Shriram,

in most cases, an AES signal can be connected directly to an SPDIF input, as the protocol is almost identical; only the AES signal is higher in level. But in our experience with Digi002 it worked just to use a simple XLR-Cinch adapter.

Then, the power the TLM103D, the option is the DMI-2 Interface for 2 microphones. Gives you full remote control of all the mic features.
The "simple" powering option is with the "Connection Kit", which is available with AES or SPDIF output connector. But with this powering you have no control over the microphones features.
