I'm not satisfied with any acoustic guitar pickup 'system' on the market and need one that's good enough for critical live performance and recording. Like Laurence Juber, I favor the D-Tar Wavelength in conjunction with an internal mic. He uses an Audix, while others prefer the DPA 4061. Unfortunately, both of these mics have excessively high signal-to-noise ratios. So I'm wondering if there's a Neumann I could use 'inside' my guitar - perhaps a suspended AK capsule routed to the output stage via the KA 100 cable adapter? The mic would be positioned near the heel of the neck and angled upward toward the sound hole. Obviously, there are feedback issues to consider, but the mic would be blended with the Wavelength nonetheless. Many thanks for your advice!
