I have a pair of KM184 which I use for recording classical guitar. My studio is about 14 m2 and acoustically treated. This means that I don't have much natural ambience.

The 184's do a nice job when used as AB 40 cm apart one metre or so from the guitar.
I do lack some "body" or whatever we call it on my recordings though. It becomes a little two dimensional or flat and I get a little proximity problems too.

Will the 183's make a noticeable difference?

What are the pros and cons?
