RCS program does not see any of the DMI boxes

Hi there,

We are a problem with our D-01 mic....Primary issue is that the RCS program does not see any of the DMI boxes. RCS does see the USB to CAT5 converter and displays the correct serial number, but says “not connected” for the DMI. The mic will get power and the DMI says that sync with the mic is locked, but you are unable change color, etc via RCS.

Does anyone have any experience with this??
