What a Responsive Team!

It's no longer common to get good, speedy advice and follow-up from a company's help desk (try any computer or software maker!)

Comparing the responses of the Neumann team to other manufacturers' willingness to help and assist with their customers' issues, I continue to find Neumann's level of excellence in this regard unequalled (and also do not take it for granted!)
