I recently acquired one of these to use with my TLM103. Should there be a rubber ring similar to the one on the 103 mic clip on the inside(where the mic meets the screwed down clip)?

I can't find any images of this mount for comparison. Is it an older mount? The number on the box is:ART-NR 08404.
