1. I'll have someone at the office check this.

2. As I mentioned it did work on 2 occasions for a few minutes each. The blue light came on, and the mic was sending signal to logic. At some point the blue light turned off (I'm assuming this means it lost power somewhere along the way) and I can not get it to turn back on. I tried swapping out the xlr and it still didn't work but when I put the original xlr back in the blue light came back on. It stayed on until I picked up the connection kit and then it turned off and hasn't been on since. So it probably is a bad connection in the connection kit.

3. I bought this new from musicians friend about a year ago but hadn't opened it until a few days ago.

4. So a typical xlr mic cable is ok because that is what I am using.

5. I'm not sure what sample rate it is at but when the blue was on I was getting clear signal just fine. No jitter or any other audio problems.
