Your theory is not supported by my experience. I cannot remember a time, in thirty years of servicing Neumann microphone capsules, when "adjusting the screw" fixed a capsule's noise problem. The same goes for your claim that "many noises" are caused by insufficient contact between sputtering and contact screw/lead out wire.

Aside of the occasional noise caused by deteriorated sputtering density (often stemming from bad cleaning jobs), and the even more rare case of physical damage to the diaphragm which may cause intermittent shorts, almost all noises encountered in K87 capsules are caused by moisture + contamination break-down of the capsule's capacitance.
