Hello,

as your ohm-meter will typically only have an input impedance of a few meg-ohms, it is not possible to measure correctly *after* the 68 meg-ohm resistors. [voltage divider, between 68 meg-ohm and your ohm-meter input impedance; measuring 6 volts would be typical for a standard ohm-meter].

Did you make the breath test? If the signal drops out when you sing / speak into the mic, the *capsule* needs to be looked at / replaced.
If the signal drops out after some time *without* any humidity (breath...), only then should you look at the circuit (mostly old tantalium capacitors).
