SoundID Reference is a speaker and headphones calibration software from Sonarworks that removes unwanted coloration and delivers accurate studio reference sound.
 
While Anubis can import stereo profiles free of charge, a “Multichannel SoundID Anubis” license is required to import multichannel profiles.
 
SoundID Reference stereo profiles can be imported in both the Music and Monitoring Missions, while multichannel profiles can be imported only in the Monitoring Mission.

Atmos compatible

Anubis Monitoring Mission supports profiles for speaker sets up to Atmos 9.1.6.

Correction at the center of the studio

Since Anubis is meant to be at the center of the studio, having SoundID Reference correction running into Anubis brings confidence that no matter which source you are listening to, the same correction is applied at the lowest possible latency.
 
The correction introduces minimal latency: less than 0.35ms at 48kHz, 0.19ms at 96kHz, and near-zero at 192kHz.

Mastering grade filter topology

While SoundID Reference standalone software offers 3 different filter types (low latency, mixed and linear phase), Anubis enables SoundID Reference correction using Pyramix acclaimed EQ-X filter topology, trusted by mastering engineers worldwide.

Setup

The process is as simple as that:
    1. Purchase SoundID Reference for multichannel from Sonarworks along with a measurement microphone.
    2. Purchase a “Multichannel SoundID Anubis” plugin license here. 
    3. Let SoundID Reference guide you through the measurement process, tweaking of the correction, preparation of the various profiles needed and then export to Anubis all relevant profiles.
