Thank you for supporting Georg Neumann GmbH ("NEUMANN" or "we" or "us") with your feedback. You are helping us to create better solutions and features for our products and services. Your input will benefit everybody using Neumann products.
 

What we are researching

We want to test and understand the experience you have with audio-related hardware and software products, prototypes, services and solutions.
 

How it works

We gather this feedback using different research methods and standards such as usability testing, interviews, questionnaires and long-term studies. Most activities can be done from the comfort of your own desk or at in-person events.
 

A. Study Participation (your confirmation is required)

I hereby agree

  1. That I participate in the User- and Customer Experience (UCX) Research Program conducted by NEUMANN and accommodate NEUMANN's reasonable requests and instructions, in particular deadlines, dates and periods.
  2. that I handle any products handed over to me during the research activities with the utmost care and only for the purposes of the research.
  3. photos and video recordings of me may be taken during UCX Research.
  4. that my responses and any other input can be used to improve the products and services.
  5. that NEUMANN can use, edit and sub-license any of my input, or parts of it, free of charge for further commercial development of products and services.

Confidentiality Obligation

I agree to keep all information I learn in connection with the UCX Research strictly confidential and to not share it with anyone outside the project. This includes, but is not limited to, technical details, test results, photos, videos, and any other confidential material. I also agree not to take or share any photos or videos of the UCX Research material myself.

 

Disclaimer

The products and services you'll be testing may include prototypes or beta versions of applications or websites that are not final products and may lack certain features related to usability, safety, or comfort. Neumann is not responsible for any damage unless they are caused by gross negligence, intentional misconduct, improper use, or failure to follow provided instructions or safety measures.

 
B. Data protection
 

We need your consent


During your participation, you provide NEUMANN with certain personal data such as your role necessary for the organization, execution, and evaluation of our research activities. 
 
If you take part in our UCX Research, we will collect your name and email address to contact you for any follow-up questions or scheduling purposes. The test sessions will be conducted either in person or online and may include recordings of these sessions. Your above-mentioned personal data (name and email address) and the recordings will be evaluated exclusively by NEUMANN, and/or its affiliates including potential third parties like customer research agencies commissioned by NEUMANN in support of the research purpose. 
 
All your personal data will be processed and stored with NEUMANN internally until you withdraw your consent or the purpose has been achieved. Upon withdrawal, we will delete all your data fully and as quickly as possible.

  2. that NEUMANN may contact me for future UCX Research. 

I confirm that the use of my personal data is voluntary and that I can revoke my consent to the use of my personal data at any time with effect for the future.
