Finding his home in, Sydney, Australia, New Jersey-native Eric J has fast-risen as one of the world’s most sought-after vocal producers, engineers, and mixers. Grammy award-winning notably for his collaboration with (arguably) one of Australia’s best electronic exports, Flume, the breadth, and range of artists featured in his catalogue is somewhat remarkable. Fortunate to hone his craft and develop his skills working in renowned studio Green St. Recording in New York City, the studio where Hip-Hop and Electro were birthed and the New York compression approach to sound took form.
As well he assisted acclaimed engineer of Atlantic Records - Arif Martin; the expanse of Eric’s curiosity knows absolutely no bounds when it comes to exploring sound. A future-focused audio-auteur he’s almost always positioned with leaders and artists considered to be at the forefront of the industry. Recognised for his work with electronic pioneers: Odesza, Flight Facilities, Chris Lake and Marc Kinchen, as well as Mansion Air he happily permeates the female pop-diva landscape to have credits that include Sabrina Carpenter, Kylie Minogue and England’s Dua Lipa. Fond of developing Australia’s Label-scape of emerging talent and home-grown exports, he’s the engineer behind: Dope Lemon LPs, Vera Blue singles and the recent ARIA award-winning The Teskey Brothers release: The Winding Way.
